Job Summary

The Senior SAP BO/BW/SAC Consultant will provide L3 ownership for analytics, reporting, bw flows, bobj and sac. The role will support transition into service, stabilise operations and act as a senior point of resolution within the assigned scope.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Support SAP BW, BusinessObjects and SAP Analytics Cloud reporting services.
  • Diagnose data load, transformation, model, scheduling, authorisation and report issues.
  • Coordinate with source-system and platform teams to restore data availability.
  • Develop and validate approved reporting fixes and minor enhancements.
  • Maintain lineage, schedules, dependencies, support guides and transition materials.

Skill Requirements

Required capability

  • SAP BW data flows and modelling
  • BusinessObjects administration/reporting and experience in SAC
  • Data-load monitoring, query analysis and authorisation awareness
  • Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder skills

Other Requirements

Recommended experience and qualifications

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrable production support, incident/problem management and controlled change delivery in an enterprise environment.
  • Relevant product certification is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, documentation discipline and ability to work across business, technical and vendor teams.
