Senior Scrum Master to Route & Zone Management team – Volvo Group Connected Solutions
Description:
• The Route & Zone team at Volvo Group Connected Solutions consists of product owners, UX designers, front-end developers, and testers. We are now looking for a fulltime Scrum Master who will support our teams work and make us more efficient. To improve our daily work, you will also play an important role in our continuous improvement work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remove risks/impediments to ensure that the team meet or exceed objectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders on different levels within and outside the team to find a way for efficient work.
• Facilitate and prepare daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective and more. For any actions that comes out of those meetings you make sure that they progress, and you don’t let go until they are closed.
• Contribute to a high-performing team, by focusing on improving team dynamics, feedback etc.
• Improve way of working as part of the scrum process.
• Understand our customers’ needs, our business strategy, objectives and technologies.
• Interact with scrum masters in other teams to ensure sharing of best practice.

Qualifications:
• Excellent skills in communication
• Several years of experience Scrum Master in an international environment
• Technical experience and interest
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a merit
• Experience from working as Developer or similar is a merit
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Swedish is a merit
• Valid Work-permit for Sweden or EU-citizen
• Living in Gothenburg, able to be at the office at least 2-3 days/week (agreed within each team, as it is right now)
