Job Summary

D365 Intelligent Order Management (IOM) Techno-Functional Consultant
With hands-on experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management (IOM), preferably integrated with D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM)/Finance & Operations (F&O)
Key Requirements:
* Hands-on experience configuring IOM orchestration, fulfillment policies, rules, and fulfillment strategies.
* Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, APIs, and D365/Power Platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities

* Ability to translate business requirements into IOM configurations and orchestration flows.
* Experience troubleshooting integrations, order orchestration, and fulfillment issues.
* Power Apps and Azure integration experience is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of D365 SCM/F&O order management, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
