Job Summary

As a Lead Consultant in ERP Data Management, you will play a pivotal role in guiding project teams to design, implement, and enhance ERP solutions tailored to client specifications. Your expertise will ensure that projects are executed within the defined timelines and quality standards, significantly contributing to the overall success of our client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design And Develop Innovative Erp Tools Based On Client Specifications And Customize Existing Solutions Using Erp Software, Ensuring Alignment With Operational Needs And Business Objectives.
2. Lead The Technical Design Phase By Determining Optimal Configurations For Erp Modules, Databases, Interfaces, And Integrations, Ensuring Adherence To Business Requirements And Industry Standards.
3. Prepare And Deliver Capability Presentations And Assessment Reports, Effectively Communicating Proposed Solutions To Stakeholders And Supporting Proposal Preparation.
4. Coordinate Project Management Activities, Including Creating Detailed Project Plans, Allocating Resources Efficiently, And Fostering Collaboration Among Team Members And Stakeholders To Achieve Project Milestones.
5. Support The Growth And Development Of Consulting Team Members Through Training And Mentorship, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Professional Excellence.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Erp Data Management Principles And Practices.
2. Proficiency In Erp Software Tools And Customization Techniques.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Resource Allocation.
4. Excellent Presentation And Communication Skills For Stakeholder Engagement.
5. Advanced Proficiency In Analyzing Business Requirements And Translating Them Into Technical Specifications.

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Sap Certified Application Associate, Oracle Erp Cloud Certification, Or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
