Lead Consultant - SAP ABAP

Job Summary

The Lead Consultant in SAP ABAP plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to established timeframes and quality standards. This position involves a comprehensive understanding of SAP technologies and a commitment to fostering strong client relationships, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Hands on SAP ABAP on HANA, at least 2 full-cycle migration preferred.
Required Experienc+B7e & Skills:
Recent experience (in the last 4 years) working on ABAP on HANA and/or S4.
Have detailed experience in ABAP, ODATA and ABAP on HANA 
Have experience in performing SPAU/SPDD adjustments, adjustment for SOH Violations and adjustments for S4H Violations 
Have developed programs in ABAP on HANA using the features of HANA DB in S4H System
Must have hands-on experience of development on BTP platformConvert business requirement to technical solution. 
Attention to detail and ability to handle complex scenarios
Strong communication skills 
6+ years of experience with SAP ABAP Working collaboratively with functional and business teams to deliver the best ABAP solutions and technical designs.
Exhibit effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and Oral communication skills
Strong background in functional analysis and requirements gathering, and solid understanding of SAP.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Sap Abap, With Strong Understanding Of Ooabap And Abap For S/4Hana.
2. Solid Experience In Sap Ui/Ux Design Principles.
3. Excellent Analytical Skills With The Ability To Perform Qualitative And Quantitative Assessments.
4. Strong Communication Skills For Effective Reporting And Presentations.
5. Familiarity With Project Coordination And Stakeholder Management.

Other Requirements

1. Sap Certified Development Associate Abap With Sap Netweaver (Optional But Valuable).
2. Sap Certified Application Associate Sap S/4Hana For Financial Accounting Associates (Optional But Valuable).
