Job Summary

This role drives strategic consulting engagements within the infrastructure management domain, providing technical leadership and architectural direction to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client business objectives. The position is responsible for shaping infrastructure transformation initiatives, ensuring best practices, and fostering technical excellence across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide architectural leadership in infrastructure management by designing and implementing scalable solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
2. Define and govern infrastructure strategies by leveraging virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
3. Lead technical assessments and solutioning for infrastructure modernization, utilizing monitoring and management platforms (Nagios, SolarWinds) to ensure reliability and performance.
4. Drive cross-domain technical alignment by integrating security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2) into infrastructure consulting deliverables.
5. Mentor consulting teams in adopting enterprise-scale design patterns and best practices for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, utilizing advanced infrastructure analytics and automation.

Skill Requirements

SIAM Functional Consultant - COE Role This is a SIAM Centre of Excellence (COE) position, and the candidate must have a zeal to work on designing new offerings, supporting organization initiatives aimed at developing/uplifting SIAM COE capability and delivery SIAM Projects with desired quality and within timelines. The role involves build/transition of the processes, perform gap analysis, requirements gathering and consultative discussions with customers & suppliers in the SIAM ecosystem, building functional specifications, provide trainings, onboard suppliers, setup Service Management Office, SIAM governance, SIAM supplier performance reporting framework. The selected candidates will be required to learn SIAM and undergo series of trainings related to SIAM, ITSM within first 3 months of joining. 1.3.1 Key Responsibilities • Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for a full-scale implementation of the ITIL / ITSM framework across organization and related suppliers involved in Service Delivery. • Ability to define, articulate, estimate and cost the complete Service Management solution covering People, Processes and Tools required to setup Service Integration Framework • Support creation of service model framework in line with RFP requirements, candidates with multi-vendor implementation experience are preferred. • Strong understanding of various Line of Business, Multi-Vendor environment, Ways of Working, Cross Vendor SLAs, in a Service Integration Framework • Demonstrates excellent consultative solution skills during various phases of the bid. • Build plan & Service Management Implementation Roadmap and strong understanding of Project Management skills along with inter dependencies between People, Process, Tools, Vendors • Deliver Service Management Implementation Projects, Due Diligence, or Assessment as a Lead or Consultant • Prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communication for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing and presentation skills, listening actively, and projecting a trustworthy image. • Interface with global lines of business and other technical teams in gathering/developing strategic approach and customer requirements in order to formulate apt solution. • Work as part of the bid team and provide support to the functional group personnel working together. • Develop proposals and recommendations to drive process improvement decisions. • Demonstrate excellent research skills to work on offering development, offering enhancement and support SIAM COE initiatives for capability development • Manage Relationship at Senior management and act as an advisor to the customer • Be a change evangelist in socializing all the new initiatives. 1.3.2 Skill Set •  Ambitious, has pride in his/her work & attention to detail • Expertise in interfacing with internal customers, external vendors and global teams • Experience of working in a dynamic environment, balancing challenging workloads and deadlines with attention to deliveries. • Comfortable and effective dealing with all levels within the organization, including Executive Management. • Demonstrates a positive attitude/energy. • Takes ownership, follows through, and delivers on commitments. • Strong negotiation skills • Project Management • Strong documentation skills including business case presentations a
