Job Summary

To verify and lead the payroll process, reimbursement / claim processing, lead accounting and reporting and to ensure the implementation of automation plan, SOPs and RCMs.

Key Responsibilities

1. To Agree To Work Schedules And Payroll Calendars With Payroll Service Providers Including Data Provisioning Templates For Payroll Processing
2. To Assist In Audits (Annual/Quarter/Government And Authority Etc.)
3. To Drive Automations And Execution Of The Plan.
4. To Ensure Adherence Of Sops And Rcms, Implement New Process/ Policy Changes And To Handle Employee Escalations
5. To Ensure Sla Adherence For Claim Processing, Advances & Payments, Verification Of Full And Final Settlements.
6. To Ensure Verification, Posting And Second Level Checking Of Accounting Of Costs, Ic Debit Notes For Cost Transfers, Data Extraction For Provisioning From Sap And Work Flows
7. To Prepare Monthly Mis And Matrixes, Month End Costs Provisioning And Reporting, Control Balance Sheet Accounts (Advances, Liabilities And Payables)
