Job Summary

This role is accountable for driving end-to-end recruitment processes within the Talent Supply Chain function, ensuring timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates for diverse IT roles. The position leverages solid expertise in talent sourcing, screening, and selection to support business growth and workforce planning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute talent sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.
2. Conduct candidate screening and assessment utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure alignment with technical and organizational requirements.
3. Manage interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers using HRIS tools to facilitate a seamless recruitment experience.
4. Implement recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives through social media and digital channels to enhance candidate engagement.
5. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports using Excel and HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process using HR compliance software.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
