As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Bulgaria, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s talent strategy for the region. Key Responsibilities

Detailed responsibilities - Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Bulgaria, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding. - Develop and execute proactive talent attraction and sourcing strategies, including direct search approaches, to build robust candidate pipelines for a variety of technical and non-technical roles. - Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with organizational goals. - Utilize innovative recruitment tools, employer branding initiatives, and market intelligence to attract high-caliber candidates. - Ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.

Skill Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5–6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology sector or multinational environments. - Demonstrated expertise in direct search and proactive sourcing techniques. - In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycles and talent attraction strategies. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. - Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments. - Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and data-driven hiring tools. |
- Fluent in English (additional regional language proficiency is an advantage).
