Job Summary

Civil Engineer having relevant experience for high-value commercial and IT building projects across North India from ground-breaking to handover. Have expertise in managing multi-crore budgets, master schedules, and cross-functional teams while coordinating seamlessly with corporate stakeholders, architects, and MEP subcontractors. Combines sharp analytical problem-solving skills with a strict commitment to zero-accident site safety and flawless technical documentation (BOQs, BBS, and RA billing).

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the full execution of corporate IT parks and smart buildings from initial breaking to high-tech facility handover.

Directing daily site operations.

Collaborating with architects, structural consultants, and specialized sub-contractors for advanced MEP, HVAC, and data server integrations.

Serving as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders to provide data-driven updates.

Vetting detailed technical reports, engineering specifications, and Quality Assurance (QA/QC) manuals for modern commercial office spaces.

Approving accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and contractor Running Account (RA) bills.

Mitigating spatial engineering challenges through swift site redesigns and cost-saving value engineering.
