Job Summary

Responsibilities:• IT Law expert including drafting, negotiating and finalizing varied IT contracts, with an emphasis on standard software licensing, SaaS/Cloud, reselling, MSP and other channel agreements as well professional services agreements.• Proficient in assessing contract requirements, critical provisions/ terms and conditions to ensure compliance with our templates and applicable laws and regulations.•  Must be solution and goal oriented, a strong team player and capable of working with little supervision to a common goal• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.Position Requirements:• minimum 10-year experience in the IT industry (ideally with standard software/SAAS vendors)• Language skills: English (business fluent), other foreign language is a plus• Must be a go-getter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines• Common sense, great judgment, and a good sense of humor• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management are required.• Ability to travel at short notice if needed
