2. To Direct The Team To Effectively Carry Out Diligence On Targets Found Suitable For Acquisition
3. To Keep Updated On Latest Developments In M&A Space
4. To Work On Other Strategic And Miscellaneous Initiatives
5. To Work With Business Teams In Initial Evaluation Of Targets And Formulating Next Steps
6. To Work With I Banks/ M&A Advisory Firms Scouting For Suitable Targets
