MS SQL Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Senior Technical lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects related to Microsoft SSIS, SQL Server Reporting (SSRS), and SQL Server. They will lead a team of technical professionals to ensure efficient and effective implementation of solutions, while also providing expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of technical professionals involved in microsoft ssis, sql server reporting (ssrs), and sql server projects.
2. Design and implement complex etl processes using microsoft ssis.
3. Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in sql server reporting services (ssrs).
4. Optimize sql server databases for performance and scalability.
5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ssis packages, ssrs reports, and sql server databases.
7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in microsoft ssis, ssrs, and sql server.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in microsoft ssis for etl processes.
2. Experience in creating and maintaining reports using sql server reporting services (ssrs).
3. In-depth knowledge of sql server and database management.
4. Ability to lead a team and drive project success.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Data Management and Analytics certification is preferred.

Minimum Salary (US):  65000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
