Job Summary

Scope of work –

4. Onboarding Emails; MSPH Announcements; Ad-hoc Emails

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize content relevant to ticket topics for effective communication initiatives.
  • Review and update Knowledge Base (KB) articles, particularly in relation to new features or enhancements, ensuring that all information remains current and accurate.
  • Clear backlog items to maintain smooth workflow and prioritize urgent communications tasks.
  • Draft, edit, and finalize professional emails for diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Curate and produce monthly newsletters, ensuring timely dissemination of key updates and information.
  • Prepare and send ad hoc email communications as required by business needs.
  • Draft and distribute MSPH (Partner Hub) announcements to keep stakeholders informed of important developments.
  • Maintain and update Partner Help Center Knowledge Base articles as part of ongoing support efforts.
  • Track and monitor the progress of communications drafts to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Identify and assess the need for targeted communications with partners and content creators, supporting relationship management.
  • Refer to previous drafts and communications to inform planning and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Regularly update the weekly task tracker to provide visibility on ongoing and completed assignments.
  • Accept and execute tasks assigned by vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Weekly update of task statuses to reflect progress and facilitate effective project management.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing
  • Someone who can build and run communication journeys
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills (English)

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications In Project Management Professional (Pmp) Or Agile Certified Practitioner (Pmi-Acp) Are Recommended For This Position
Maximum Salary (US):  90000
Minimum Salary (US):  75000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
