Job Summary
To drive and manage preparation of Group Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Organization as per GAAP standard as per defined timelines
Key Responsibilities
1. To Drive Projects For Ifrs Implementation
2. To Ensure That All Queries With Respect To Locational| Internal And Statutory Audit Are Responded To And Closed
3. To Guide And Manage The Team To Ensure High Motivation And Performance Levels
4. To Manage And Guide Preparation Of Monthly Mis ; Variation Analysis; Forecasting
5. To Plan And Manage Preparation & Audit Of Quarterly And Annual Accounts| Board & Investor Submission
