Job Summary

To manager a team of business partners and be the single point of contact on all Procurement activities for either an region of customers or a specific customer project team, ensuring those stakeholders receive high quality communications while their procurement requirements are fulfilled

Key Responsibilities

1. To Be The “Face Of Procurement” To Our Internal Project Client Teams For A Region Of Global Customers Managing And Coordinating All Demand For Both Pre-Sales Bid Responses And Purchasing To Support Delivery Of Projects That Have Been Won For A Business Partnering Team
2. To Manage A Business Partner Team That Manages The Requirements Development Process And Driving Continuous Improvement To Optimize Costs And Increase Value For Projects And Customers
3. To Manage A Business Partner Team Through Collection And Rationalization Of All Procurement Requirements Including Quoting, Buying And Contracting Acting As Liaison With Regional Sales And Delivery, Category Management, Buying And Contract Management Teams To Ensure All Sales-Related Buying Activities Are Executed Promptly And Properly
4. To Manage A Business Partner Teams That Program Manages (Tracking, Status, Etc.) The Transition Of Accounts That Have Been Won From Through Completion Of Their Transition To Transformation Or Steady State For Procurement Including All Sourcing Activities Being Executed By Strategic & Tactical Buying Working With Category Management And Delivery Team To Ensure Requirements Are Meet
