Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing procurement operations within the supply chain function, ensuring strategic sourcing, supplier management, and process excellence. The individual drives procurement initiatives that support organizational goals, manages high-complexity supplier relationships, and implements best practices to achieve cost efficiency and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives using advanced procurement analytics and e-sourcing platforms to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for IT and non-IT categories.
2. Manage supplier performance and relationships by leveraging contract management tools and supplier scorecards, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and service level agreements.
3. Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures using ERP systems such as SAP Ariba, optimizing workflow efficiency and ensuring audit readiness.
4. Analyze spend data and market trends using spend analysis tools to identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting decisions.
5. Oversee complex negotiations with vendors utilizing negotiation management software, securing favorable terms and mitigating supply chain risks.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders using procurement collaboration platforms to align procurement strategies with business objectives and project requirements.
7. Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical sourcing practices by applying risk management frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
