Job Summary
An Executive HR in HCLTech Philippines reports to the Senior Manager for Human Resources and supports the Geo HR team with local projects and daily operations in human resources management.
The resource will also be the point of contact for HR Benefits related administration and support.
Executive HR responsibilities are as follows:
In depth understanding with local government benefits, i.e. SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth
Understanding of Employee Relations and Philippines Labor laws.
Support in reviewing and writing disciplinary action documents.
Work closely with department leads (Team Leaders and Operations Managers) and manage expectations.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Negotiate with employee representatives.
Project management background within the Human resources department.
Support with employee engagement and help shape our employer brand strategy.
Requirements and skills
At least 2 years of experience as an HR generalists and background with employee relations
BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
Proficiency in with MS Office
Good understanding of full employee lifecycle
