Job Summary

The Senior Process Manager - Voice plays a pivotal role in providing commercial support for EMEA Intelligent Workplace Solution Contracts. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and high-standard responses to tender requests, which maximizes the chances of successful bids. The role encompasses managing financial targets,and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure The Timely Completion Of Daily Deliverables That Meet Accuracy Standards Outlined In Service Level Agreements,
2. Manage The Forecasting Of Monthly Rolling Revenue And Ensure That Financial Targets Are Met While Efficiently Managing Costs Within Agreed Budgets And Identifying New Business Opportunities Within Existing Client Groups.
3. Accurate And Timely Execution Of Month-End Closing Activities( Including Calculating Journal Entries In Compliance With The Company’S Accounting Policies, Reporting Estimate And Variance Analysis)
4. Maintain A Strategic Overview And Foster A Collaborative Environment To Drive Continuous Improvement And Operational Excellence Within The Voice Process Domain, Ensuring The Profitability Of Endpoint State Rationalization Proposals Through Careful Assessment And Financial Forecasting.
5. Responsible For Solving Various Financial Issues Related To Given Area Involving The Business And Finance Stakeholders.
6. Assist The Commercial Manager And Service Delivery Managers With Customer Presentations, Providing Data-Driven Insights And Support For Effective Communication.
7. Support Service Delivery Managers With Analysis And Reporting Against Plans And Targets, Ensuring A Clear Understanding Of Performance Metrics And Financial Implications.
8. Analyze Current Spending On Consumables, Break-Fix, And Equipment, Providing Recommendations For Cost Optimization And Efficiency Improvements.
9. Manage Various Ad Hoc Finance/Business Analysis And Requests

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Knowledge Of Financial And Budgeting Management Principles And Practices.
2. Proficiency In Financial Forecasting, Cost Management, And Business Opportunity Identification.
3. Excellent Communication Skills With The Ability To Present Complex Information Clearly And Persuasively.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Certified Management Accountant (Cma), Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa), Or Similar Certifications Relevant To Financial Management And Budgeting.
2. Rd: Just As An Observation, If People Have These Certificates They Should Qualify For More Than 2.2 Sub Band. For Cfa For Example, You Only Get The Certificate After You�Ve Worked For Several Years. You Need Both The Exam And Professional Experience To Get The Certificate
