Mendix Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead (Mendix) at HCL is responsible for leading the technical team in the development and implementation of Mendix solutions. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring quality delivery, and providing technical guidance and expertise to team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of mendix applications.
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
4. Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards are met, and troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Stay updated on mendix platform updates and best practices to enhance project delivery.
6. Mentor team members on mendix development and encourage continuous learning.
7. Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
8. Participate in client meetings to discuss technical aspects and provide updates on project progress.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in mendix development platform.
2. Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
3. Experience in leading a technical team in developing mendix applications.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
6. Knowledge of cloud services and integration with mendix applications.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
8. Certification in mendix development is a plus.
