Job Summary

The Technical Lead (Mendix) will be responsible for leading Mendix projects, overseeing the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of Mendix solutions. The role involves providing technical guidance, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving innovation using Mendix low code platform.

Mentor and coach developers on Mendix platform features, best practices, and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code that adheres to coding standards and project requirements.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify solutions to keep projects on track.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Mendix features and advancements and actively implement them in projects.

Collaborate with other technical teams including architects, testers, and business stakeholders.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process by proposing and implementing new tools, workflows, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead mendix projects from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and design mendix solutions.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, reviewing code, and resolving technical issues.
4. Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in mendix development and design.
5. Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' skills in mendix development.
6. Stay updated with the latest mendix features and updates to leverage them in projects effectively.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in mendix development, including creating data models, microflows, and user interfaces.
2. Strong understanding of mendix platform capabilities and limitations.
3. Experience in integrating mendix applications with external systems using apis.
4. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in agile project management.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
6. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
7. Strong leadership qualities to guide and mentor a development team.

Other Requirements

1.Mendix Advanced Developer certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
