Microsoft C# Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in ASP.NET, SQL Server, and AWS cloud technologies. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CI/CD, Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions, along with exposure to AI-driven development practices.

The role involves designing scalable applications, building cloud-native solutions, and contributing to AI-enabled engineering practices. Experience with React and Azure DevOps will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using ASP.NET / .NET Core
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and implement microservices architecture (preferred)
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures
  • Work on AWS cloud services for application deployment and management
  • Build, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
  • Implement AI-assisted development practices (prompt-based coding, automation, GenAI integration)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product teams
  • Support production deployments and perform performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • (Good to have) Participate in frontend development using React

Skill Requirements

  • 6+ Years Strong experience in ASP.NET / .NET Core
  • 5+ years’ experience with SQL Server
  • 3+ Years Experience working with AWS cloud platform
  • 3+ Years’ Experience of CI/CD pipelines
  • 3+ Years Experience in Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions
  • 2+ Experience with React.js or any modern frontend framework
  • Experience in microservices architecture
  • Experience containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to AI tools / AI-assisted development / GenAI concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in .net, asp.net, C#, sql server technologies are a plus.
