Microsoft C# Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

1. Hands-on .Net programmer (ASP.Net)  with at least 6 to 8 years of experience in designing scalable and reliable software.2. Must have good knowledge of MVC, WEB API3. Must have good knowledge of Entity Framework with fluent API and various relationships between entities.4. Familiarity with Domain driven design methodologies and Knowledge of REST services.5. Must be able find and make optimizations to code and must be willing to coach the team on good industry programming practices.6. Good knowledge of SQL Server7. Application-level logging and monitoring.8. Good exposure to AWS/Azure.9. Good understanding of C#, OOPS, asynchronous programming, design patterns, and commonly used architecture designsOther soft skillsGood communication and presentation skillsGeneral Expectations:Should be work on shifts based on the project requirements (Preferably 2PM to 11PM)Extend based on the project deliverables.Good to have.1. Basic understanding and knowledge on developing SQL queries.2. Basic understanding on data modelling patterns.3. Familiarity with confluence, Jira is a plus.4. Good to have knowledge in React JS or Angular JS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing .net, asp.net, c#, and sql server based solutions.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Architect robust and scalable technical solutions that meet the business objectives.
4. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance and quality deliverables.
5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate software components and resolve technical issues.
6. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in .net, asp.net, c#, sql server, and propose recommendations for improvement.

1. Proficient in .net framework, asp.net, c#, and sql server technologies.
2. Strong experience in leading development teams and delivering end-to-end software solutions.
3. Expertise in software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
4. Handson experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting in .net, asp.net, c#, sql server environments.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in .net, asp.net, C#, sql server technologies are a plus.
