Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions using .net, asp.net, C#, and SQL Server. The individual will oversee the technical architecture, design, development, and deployment of projects while ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for projects.
3. Ensure project timelines are met and projects are delivered within budget.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
5. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .net, asp.net, and sql server development.
6. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
7. Implement best practices for software development and ensure code quality standards are maintained.

Skill Requirements

1 Software Development Min.6 years .Net Core, Entity Framework, WCF; application server such as IIS DB: Oracle or SQL/equivalent.
2. Application/Windows and Web Services Development 5 years WPF application. Experience with desktop and distributed application architectures.
3. Software / Solution Validation, Verification and Integration (write Validation Test Plan, Manual Test, Develop Validation Automation, Perform E2E Test) Any automation validation tool. Robot Framework would be a plus.
4. Archive own development and review Merge Request Handson with GitLab
5. Maintain and Enhance CI/CD pipeline GitLab CI/CD
6. Provide L3 support to Product Owner/End Users (reproduce, analyze, troubleshoot, resolution/fixes) 3 years Able to perform complex Code Debugging and Database queries Database to trouble shoot production issue locally.
7. Actively participate in Agile activities and manage autonomously all stories and tasks 3 years Able to understand and manage the JIRA story progress, assignment updates end to end with clarity

Location should be Noida with at least 3 days of Work from Office
