Job Summary

    • Experience with C#, .net, MVC, SQL, Windows and Web based Applications.
    • Understanding of the SAP BusinessObjects, WebIntelligence, and IDT SDK 4.2 or higher.
    • SQL, Performance Tuning; Debugging issues.
    • Prepare Unit Test cases and perform quality Unit Testing.
    • Hands on experience on Agile methodologies like Scrum and etc.
    • Should have around 3-5 years of hands-on-experience using  CSharp/.NET Technologies.
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
    • Experience working with web development technologies such as ASP.NET and MVC Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
    • Database design and SQL proficiency
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors). Should possess good interpersonal skills.
    • Must have worked on small to large complex projects that require increased skill in business modeling and requirements definition and also with multiple products/services.
    • Ability to analyze already existing logic in the code and also modify logic in the existing applications.
    • Should possess the ability to be able to develop code from scratch for new applications or modules.
    • Ability to analytically think, research and implement solutions in the application code.
    • Should possess strong technical skills to design, code and unit test the impacted and new components as per the requirements.
    • Adhere to tight and stringent deadlines in delivering design/code/debug tasks.
    • Good to have competencies working with one or more technical environments.
    • Must demonstrate a desire to learn new technologies as per business demands and expand on the technical skill set.
    • Must have had the experience participating in status and review meetings across various project and business stakeholders like Architects, Testers, Business Analysts.
    • Must have the agility to suggest and implement new process development ideas as and when required or applicable.
    • Abide by organization mandated processes and standards and deliver development commitments within stipulated timeline and adequate quality.
    • Ability to contribute individually and work independently on tasks assigned.
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving and time management skills
    • Proven ability to be self-motivated and work well independently
    • Negotiates project requirements, acceptance criteria, and system turnover with internal and external clients
    • Understands project’s business benefits and can articulate business benefits to project team and others.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for projects.
3. Ensure project timelines are met and projects are delivered within budget.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
5. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .net, asp.net, and sql server development.
6. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
7. Implement best practices for software development and ensure code quality standards are maintained.

Skill Requirements

1. Extensive experience in .net framework, asp.net, and sql server.
2. Proficiency in developing web applications using asp.net mvc, c#, and sql.
3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (sdlc) and agile methodologies.
4. Knowledge of frontend technologies such as html, css, javascript, and jquery.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
6. Leadership skills to effectively lead and mentor a team of developers.
7. Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.

Other Requirements

    • Background in Financial/Banking industry is a plus.
    • Experience with onshore/offshore working model is a plus
    • Experience with Cloud technologies like azure, AWS is a plus
    • Experience with AI tools and technologies will be a plus.

Education Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
