Microsoft C# Technical Specialist

Job Summary

The Technical Specialist in .net, asp.net, C#, SQL server will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the areas of .net, asp.net, C#, and SQL server. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions using these technologies to meet business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain applications using .net, asp.net, c#, and sql server
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions
3. Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance
4. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices in software development
5. Provide technical leadership and support to junior team members
6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in .net, asp.net, c#, sql server technologies

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in .net framework, asp.net, c#, and sql server
2. Strong understanding of software development life cycle
3. Knowledge of web technologies like html, css, javascript
4. Experience with database management and optimization
5. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Good communication and teamwork abilities
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is preferred but not mandatory required

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
