Job Summary
Polaris is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support Supply Chain initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining modern software solutions across cloud and on-prem environments. This role will partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that support Supply Chain workflows, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Angular, C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure services, APIs, event-driven architecture, SQL Server, Snowflake , and integration-heavy enterprise systems
Key Responsibilities
System Design & Architecture
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using Angular, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Azure services.
- Participate in architectural decisions and promote best practices for system design, code quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Build event-driven and integration-heavy architectures supporting real-time data flow across ERP, SRM, vendor, and third-party systems.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and cloud-native design principles
Full Stack Development & Engineering
- Develop full-stack applications, including user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and integrations.
- Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs supporting Supply Chain workflows.
- Implement asynchronous processing and messaging patterns for large-scale Supply Chain transactions.
- Optimize application and database performance for high-volume scenarios such as orders, inventory updates, shipment tracking, and vendor transactions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Supply Chain platforms, legacy applications, and integrations.
- Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and working software.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and communities of practice.
- Foster a culture of learning, quality, and continuous improvement.
System Maintenance & Operational Support
- Support, administer, and enhance existing applications and legacy systems.
- Improve logging, error handling, monitoring, and operational visibility.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support root-cause analysis.
Ensure solutions are reliable, extensible, and maintainable
Skill Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, and Angular with TypeScript.
- Experience with Azure cloud services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, Azure KeyVault, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Experience building enterprise integrations using REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and messaging patterns.
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience supporting high-volume transactional systems.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Other Requirements
- Experience with Supply Chain, ERP, SRM, warehouse, inventory, order management, or vendor integration systems.
- Familiarity with EDI, SFTP, file-based integrations, and middleware patterns.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric for data pipelines.
- Experience with SSIS or legacy integration platforms.
- Experience using developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled application features or AI-assisted business workflows.
Familiarity with code quality tools such as Black Duck and SonarQube
