Microsoft Full Stack Technical Lead - Angular

Job Summary

Designs, develops, and supports enterprise-grade cloud applications using .NET, Angular, Azure, and AI-enabled technologies. Delivers scalable and secure full-stack solutions that support business objectives, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services hosted within Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Develop and maintain Angular-based single-page applications (SPAs).
  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance n8n workflows and automations.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
  • Adhere to Agile software development methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Design and support integrations with enterprise platforms including Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire ClaimCenter, ImageRight, and other internal systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute deployments across environments.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and production issues in a timely manner.

 

Skill Requirements

  • Strong background in .NET and Angular with a minimum of 7 years of full-stack software development experience.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, build automation, release management, and CI/CD implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
  • .NET 5+ development experience including ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, REST and SOAP integrations, Entity Framework, configuration management, logging frameworks, OpenID Connect/OAuth authentication, and automated testing frameworks such as NUnit and Moq.
  • Angular 10+ including Tailwind CSS, code linting, Karma testing, npm package management, and build automation.
  • Experience developing and deploying solutions utilizing Azure App Services, Key Vault, App Configuration, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics Workspaces, Containers, Relational Databases, Storage Accounts, and RBAC.
  • Proficiency with Git source control and branching strategies.
  • Experience designing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using both YAML and Classic Release methodologies.

Nice-to-Have experience:

  • Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-900 or higher).
  • Docker containerization.
  • Experience with n8n workflow automation.
  • Experience with GitVersion.
  • Experience with Angular Fuse Theme.
  • Responsive web application development.
  • Experience integrating with Okta APIs and Angular/.NET SDKs.
  • Experience with document databases such as Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Microsoft Office add-in or plugin development.
  • Experience integrating AI services, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, workflow orchestration, and document-based AI solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204, or higher) are highly desirable.
