Job Summary

Contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications by leading a team of developers. The role involves collaborating with cross functional teams to understand requirements, design system architecture, and ensure high-quality code delivery. The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for developing scalable and efficient code using technologies such as Angular, .NET, and ASP.NET MVC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Design system architecture and database structure to ensure optimal performance and security.
4. Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using angular, .net, and asp.net mvc.
5. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
6. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
7. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to optimize application performance.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in angular for frontend development.
2. Strong experience in full stack development using .net and asp.net mvc.
3. In-depth knowledge of web technologies such as html, css, javascript, and rest apis.
4. Familiarity with database systems like sql server for data storage and retrieval.
5. Ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in writing efficient code.

Other Requirements

Builds LLM-integrated features on the Chubb AI Factory engagement, combining a C# ASP.NET Core/EF backend with modern JS/TypeScript front-end work and direct Claude/Anthropic API integration. Two open positions.

• Build full stack features using ASP.NET Core backends and modern JS/TypeScript front ends
• Integrate LLM APIs – streaming, retries, token budgeting, error classification
• Apply prompt engineering practices; diagnose degradation at edge cases
• Contribute to RAG pipeline integration – consuming embeddings and vector-store results
• Write clean, observable REST/async APIs in ASP.NET Core
• Use Claude Code/Copilot as a force multiplier with critical review before merging

Must-Have Skills

• 6–8 yrs full stack development with deep C# (ASP.NET Core/EF) expertise
• Working fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript and a modern front-end framework
• Solid OOP foundation – DI, EF Core entity mapping, service layer patterns
• Non-trivial SQL and JSON/XML handling
• Azure basics – containerised deployment, CI/CD, log analysis

Good to Have

• Hands-on LLM API integration experience
• Vector DB / RAG pipeline literacy

• Ambiguity tolerance – delivers against incomplete or evolving requirements
