Microsoft Full Stack Technical Lead - Angular

Job Summary

Contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications by leading a team of developers. The role involves collaborating with cross functional teams to understand requirements, design system architecture, and ensure high-quality code delivery. The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for developing scalable and efficient code using technologies such as Angular, .NET, and ASP.NET MVC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Design system architecture and database structure to ensure optimal performance and security.
4. Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using angular, .net, and asp.net mvc.
5. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
6. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
7. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to optimize application performance.

Skill Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications 

3+ years of full-stack FSD development experience across .NET/C#, React and SQL. 

Strong hands-on experience building React user interfaces and reusable front-end components. 

Strong experience developing .NET/C# services, REST APIs and Azure-hosted enterprise application components. 

Strong SQL experience for application data structures, stored procedures, queries, data quality checks and integration support. 

Key Responsibilities 

Design and build full-stack application components across React front end, .NET services and SQL/data layer logic. 

Develop REST APIs, integration components and secure application workflows hosted on Azure. 

Integrate front-end components with APIs, SQL-backed data structures and Azure-based solution components. 

Support testing, deployment, performance optimization and production troubleshooting. 

Key Deliverables 

React components, .NET APIs, SQL-backed application logic and Azure-hosted application services. 

Application integration notes, reusable UI component documentation, technical design notes, test evidence and deployment/runbook documentation. 

Technical & Functional Competencies 

.NET/C#, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, Azure services, secure coding and performance optimization. 

Strong React development practices including component design, state management, API integration, accessibility and responsive user experience. 

Ability to connect business process needs with scalable application design and Azure-based implementation.
