Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Developer /Lead – netDocuments & DMS Integration
Application Domain: Legal Tech, Enterprise Content ManagementRole Summary: This role will support enterprise-grade document management initiatives. The candidate will lead the design, development, and integration of netDocuments and other DMS platforms, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical delivery for netDocuments-based solutions across legal and enterprise content domains.Design and implement integrations with iManage, SharePoint, and Salesforce using secure API frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure solution alignment.Drive cloud-native deployments on AWS/Azure, ensuring scalability and resilience.Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles in Agile environments.Provide L3 support and root cause analysis for DMS-related incidents.Required Skills & Experience:8–9 years of hands-on experience with netDocuments platform and DMS integrations.Strong understanding of legal document workflows, metadata tagging, and security models.Proven experience integrating with iManage, SharePoint, and Salesforce.Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and secure data exchange protocols.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Solid programming background in .NET, Java, or Python.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in netDocuments, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Design system architecture and database structure to ensure optimal performance and security.
4. Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using angular, .net, and asp.net mvc.
5. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
6. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
7. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to optimize application performance.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in angular for frontend development.
2. Strong experience in full stack development using .net and asp.net mvc.
3. In-depth knowledge of web technologies such as html, css, javascript, and rest apis.
4. Familiarity with database systems like sql server for data storage and retrieval.
5. Ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in writing efficient code.
