Job Summary

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) solutions within Power Platform projects. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user journeys, and translate business needs into robust portal solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) solutions within Power Platform projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user journeys, and translate business needs into robust portal solutions.

  • Own the Power Pages architecture, including data modelling (Dataverse), security models, identity integration (Azure AD B2C, custom authentication), and site structure.

  • Design and implement responsive, user-friendly portal interfaces, ensuring accessibility and performance standards are met.

  • Configure and customize Power Pages using Liquid templates, JavaScript, CSS, and Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

  • Guide junior developers and consultants; mentor and support the development team throughout the SDLC.

  • Work closely with Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with overall solution architecture and integration strategies.

  • Collaborate with testers and support teams to manage deployments, UAT, and go-live support.

  • Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are followed in portal development.

  • Contribute to internal capability by defining best practices, reusable components, and accelerators for Power Pages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering Power Pages (or legacy Power Apps Portals) in complex environments.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

  • Experience with front-end development in a Power Pages context: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.

  • Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (e.g., Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, SAML, OAuth) and role-based access control.

  • Solid understanding of portal lifecycle, ALM, and deployment strategies using Power Platform CLI, DevOps, or similar.

  • Experience with integration patterns involving APIs, connectors, and third-party services.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

1.Microsoft Certified1.Power Platform App Maker Associate certification is preferred.
