Job Summary

Overview: Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Lead/Architect

Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 3+ Years in Core Power Platform & Associated Platforms)

Summary:

Seeking an experienced WorkFlow Automation Technical Lead with background in Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Development as well as strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Dynamics 365, PCF Controls, and custom development.

The candidate should have end to end experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and Dynamics 365.

The candidate should be self-driven with strong communication skills and business focus. They should be able to front-end requirement discussions, Set Expectations and translate to a scalable solution.

Experience in reviewing Architecture designs and code, managing technical risks, supporting estimations, aligning with product owners/business stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery

Ability to conduct discovery workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, define non-functional requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical designs. Manage performance, security, maintainability, monitoring, auditability, error handling, and production support readiness.

Skills Required:

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
  • Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps)
  • Familiarity with CodeApps, Plugins, PCF with Azure Services, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot
  • Project Management Exposure– Jira, Confluence

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and architecture of canvas (power) apps solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and recommend technical solutions using canvas (power) apps.
3. Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications for canvas (power) apps projects.
4. Provide guidance to development teams on best practices and coding standards for canvas (power) apps development.
5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards in canvas (power) apps development.
6. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in canvas (power) apps to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in canvas (power) apps development and customization.
2. Strong knowledge of microsoft power platform including power apps, power automate, and power bi.
3. Experience in integrating canvas (power) apps with other microsoft technologies such as dynamics 365.
4. Ability to architect scalable and secure solutions using canvas (power) apps.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in canvas (power) apps development.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and development teams effectively.
7. Proven track record of successfully delivering canvas (power) apps projects within scope and timeline.

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Certified1.Power Platform App Maker Associate certification is preferred.
