Assignment Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Business Developer with a strong interest in digitalization, data, AI, and information management to strengthen the Business Development and Strategy team within Scania R&D.
The role focuses on identifying inefficient processes and ways of working, developing practical solutions, and supporting their implementation across the organization. A key responsibility is the continued development of the Management system and SharePoint-based information landscape, improving how information is structured, maintained, accessed, and used.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes and ways of working across the organization.
- Turn business needs and improvement ideas into practical digital solutions using available tools, data, and AI where relevant.
- Take a hands-on role throughout the improvement process, from identifying problems and engaging stakeholders to implementation and follow-up.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the Management system and SharePoint environment.
- Review and improve information and documentation structures and related ways of working.
- Support cross-functional improvement and digitalization initiatives based on organizational needs.

Must Have
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Industrial Engineering and Management
- Engineering
- Economics
Experience (Must Have / Nice To Have)
Must Have
- Experience within digitalization, business development, process improvement, information management, or similar areas.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including information/document structures, permissions, and collaboration environments.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or digital solutions.
- Good understanding of data and how it can be used to improve processes and decision-making.
- Practical understanding of AI and automation and how these can be applied.
- Experience working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience with information architecture, document management, metadata, or knowledge management.
- Experience applying generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools in an enterprise environment.
- Experience from R&D, engineering, or another complex industrial environment.
- Knowledge of Scania or TRATON.
