Microsoft Power Apps Senior Specialist

Job Summary

Operate Dataverse environments and support data, capacity, security and performance incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Dataverse health, storage, table growth, audit data, retention and service limits.
  • Troubleshoot data-access, transaction, query, plugin, integration and security-role issues.
  • Support environment administration, backups, restore requests and controlled data changes.
  • Provide capacity reports and evidence for incident/RCA analysis.
  • Coordinate with CIJ, D365, Power Platform and integration teams.

Skill Requirements

  • Dataverse administration, security roles, environments, capacity and auditing.
  • Power Platform Admin Center, solution management and data operations.
  • SQL concepts, APIs, plugins/flows awareness and performance troubleshooting.
  • Data retention, privacy, incident and change management.

Other Requirements

  • PL-200/PL-400; Dynamics/Power Platform credentials.
  • Application Insights and Log Analytics awareness.
