Client Context: Global HR Service Portal Transformation (ServiceNow HRSD + Microsoft Stack)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Digital Designer / Service Excellence Analyst to support the transformation and scale-up of a global HR Service Portal. The role focuses on ServiceNow HRSD, knowledge management, tiered HR service models, and integration with Microsoft technologies such as Copilot and Workday. The role requires strong execution capability, hands-on configuration skills, and an experience-led mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Employee Center and HR Service Portal capabilities.

Lead the expansion and governance of the HR Knowledge Base within ServiceNow, including lifecycle management, content quality, audits, and ownership models.

Implement and support a tiered HR case management model (Tier 1–Tier 5), including assignment groups, routing logic, SLAs, and escalation paths.

Enable a “one-way-in” HR experience where the HR Service Portal acts as a single entry point for employees and managers.

Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with Microsoft technologies such as Copilot / Ask HR Agent and SharePoint-based knowledge repositories.

Collaborate on integrations with Workday to allow HR services to be triggered directly from the HR Service Portal.

Design country-specific and role-based HR experiences across multiple geographies (23+ countries).

Ensure consistency between web and ServiceNow Mobile App experiences, supporting mobile-first users.

Work closely with HR Operations, Enterprise AI teams, and Microsoft platform teams to align technology with HR operating models.

Support implementation delivery, configuration, testing, and rollout activities in an agile execution model.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center, and Knowledge Management modules.

Experience designing and governing large-scale knowledge bases in ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Understanding of tiered service delivery models and HR case management workflows.

Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Azure integrations.

Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and integration patterns between HR platforms.

Ability to design role-based and country-specific digital experiences.

Experience supporting global implementations across multiple regions.
