Senior RPA Developer:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Environment Setup:

1. • Expertly set up Development, UAT, and Production environments for Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

1. • Ensure seamless integration and deployment across all environments.

2. Process Development and Deployment:

2. • Develop and deploy over 30 processes using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud.

2. • Optimize and streamline automation workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

3. RPA Code Conversion:

3. • Convert code from other RPA platforms to Power Automate Desktop.

3. • Ensure compatibility and functionality of converted processes.

4. Best Practices and Standards:

4. • Establish and enforce best coding practices for Power Automate Desktop and Cloud development.

4. • Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security.

5. Solution Design and Architecture:

5. • Design end-to-end automation solutions that align with business requirements.

5. • Create detailed architectural documentation and technical specifications.

6. Training and Mentorship:

6. • Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

6. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration:

7. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

7. • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

8. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

8. • Monitor the performance of deployed solutions and make necessary optimizations.

9. UiPath Integration (Secondary):

9. • Convert UiPath ReFramework to Power Automate Desktop.

9. • Leverage UiPath expertise to enhance Power Platform solutions.
