Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for HR functions (Recruitment, Attrition, Performance, Compensation, Diversity, etc.)Translate HR business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visual analyticsPerform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HRMS)Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power QueryDevelop interactive dashboards with drill-down, forecasting, and trend analysis capabilitiesAnalyze workforce data to identify:Attrition trends and root causesHiring funnel efficiencyEmployee engagement indicatorsDiversity & inclusion metricsCollaborate with HR stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-makingEnsure data accuracy, governance, and compliance (GDPR awareness)Automate reporting processes and reduce manual effortSupport ad-hoc analysis and executive-level reportingMandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service)Expertise in:DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)Power Query (M language)Experience with HR datasets and metrics:Attrition, headcount, span of controlTime-to-hire, cost-per-hireEmployee lifecycle analyticsSQL proficiency for data querying and transformationExperience with at least one HR system:SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle HCMKnowledge of data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling)Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Power Pivot)SnowflakeDBT
Key Responsibilities
2. Develop and implement powerbi dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business requirements.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for powerbi projects.
4. Optimize sql databases and queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on powerbi best practices and sql optimization techniques.
6. Troubleshoot and debug powerbi solutions and sql databases as needed.
7. Stay updated on latest trends in powerbi and sql to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
