Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Power BI Technical Lead with deep expertise in enterprise BI, data modeling, and modern analytics platforms. This role will lead the design, development, and governance of scalable analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, while mentoring teams and partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines hands on technical excellence, architectural decision making, and strong leadership to deliver high impact insights at scale.

Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Own the end to end architecture of Power BI and Fabric based analytics solutions.
• Design enterprise grade semantic models using best practices in dimensional modeling.
• Define standards for Power BI, DAX, Fabric, and data modeling across the organization.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Direct Lake, One Lake).
• Evaluate and recommend architecture patterns (Import, Direct Query, Direct Lake, Composite).
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and governed.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑scale BI solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Power BI / Fabric.
Advanced & Nice to Have
• Databricks / Spark exposure.
• Python for data analysis or automation.
• Power BI REST APIs (admin or automation scenarios).
• Power Apps & Power Automate integration.
• Power BI Copilot / GenAI awareness and responsible AI practices
