Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:   Responsible for identifying opportunities for improving Data and Business Intelligence Solutions Data subject-matter expertise, or proven ability to identify and collaborate with the appropriate data SMEs. Works on complex projects/teams independently and acts as a mentor and lead to other Analysts Create user stories and write acceptance criteria Create and maintain inventories of database tables, views, attributes, stored procedures, code, SSIS packages, SSAS cubes, dimensions, measures, reports, reporting dependencies, and downstream consumer systems such as SAS, Moody’s, and internal applications.  Partner with business users to identify actively used data assets, reports, queries, and opportunities to retire unused assets.  Develop and maintain data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings (STTM), data lineage, and dependency documentation.  Serve as a lead for Data Q&A – Perform functional testing and data validation and liaison between business, developers, and other technical teams to coordinate UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, business signoff, report validation, migration readiness, and consumer system migration activities.  Track inventories, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and status throughout the migration lifecycle, including EDP(Enterprise Dat

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design and development of microsoft powerbi dashboards and reports.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that powerbi solutions meet business needs.
3. Develop and maintain sql databases and queries to support data extraction and transformation for powerbi.
4. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of powerbi solutions.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in microsoft powerbi and sql to enhance existing processes.
6. Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to powerbi implementations.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in microsoft powerbi to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports.
2. Strong command of sql for database management, query optimization, and data manipulation.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
4. Experience in leading technical teams and driving successful project deliveries.
5. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
