Job Summary
The Technical Lead for Microsoft PowerBI and SQL will be responsible for leading technical teams in developing Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft PowerBI and SQL technologies. The individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data visualizations and analytical reports to support business decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design and development of microsoft powerbi dashboards and reports.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that powerbi solutions meet business needs.
3. Develop and maintain sql databases and queries to support data extraction and transformation for powerbi.
4. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of powerbi solutions.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in microsoft powerbi and sql to enhance existing processes.
6. Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to powerbi implementations.

4. Experience in leading technical teams and driving successful project deliveries.
5. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Other Requirements
- With background on SQL Snowflake preferred, experience with SAP orders, sales and deliveries would be very helpful
- Power BI Developer 4 to 5 Years of IT experience in Analytics, Reporting and Visualization Work experience as a Power BI developer designing and building new dashboards from scratch Work experience using Power BI DAX Studio to create metrics and measures as well as execute and analyze queries Experience in supporting extensive data analysis and validation of reports dashboards results with underlying data in the database Experience working with relational databases and Dimensional data models FactsDimensions, including Snowflake Experience in Dashboard performance optimization e.g. using Power Query Responsibilities Collaborate with customers including business users, SMEs, and BAs to build new dashboards and performance reporting to monitor and improve business performance Interact with external customers to effectively design, implement, operationalize, and document reporting that accurately captures business requirements Manage implementation of reporting enhancements and changes Support ad hoc data reporting and data analysis, troubleshooting data issues in reports Support functional requirements gathering by creation of visualization mockups Support design and implementation of security , access controls across reports setups
