MuleSoft Senior Technical Lead - Java, GitHub

Job Summary

The Senior Technical lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development and implementation of Java applications using MuleSoft and GitHub. The role involves overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment phases of projects, ensuring high-quality code delivery within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide technical teams in the design and development of java applications.
2. Implement mulesoft integration solutions for seamless connectivity between applications.
3. Manage github repositories for version control and collaboration among team members.
4. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in software development.
5. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to optimize application performance.
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in java programming for developing scalable and high-performance applications.
2. Handson experience with mulesoft for designing apis, integrations, and data mappings.
3. Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly github, for code management.
4. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (sdlc) methodologies and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
6. Good communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Java, MuleSoft, or GitHub are a plus.
