Job Summary
The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing expertise in Java, Mulesoft, and GitHub to support the technical aspects of projects. They will play a key role in developing solutions, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful implementation of various software components.
The objective of this is to onboard a MuleSoft Principal Architect. This expert will augment the existing Concrete+ integration team, provide deep technical leadership, resolve immediate localized production and development challenges, and define a scalable, future-proof global integration architecture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement high-quality java applications to meet business requirements.
2. Design, develop, and deploy mulesoft integrations to enable seamless communication between systems.
3. Manage and oversee version control using github to maintain code repositories and facilitate collaboration among team members.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in java development, mulesoft integration, and github usage.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in java programming language and extensive experience in developing java applications.
2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with mulesoft integration platform.
3. Proficient in utilizing git and github for version control and collaboration.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; master's degree is a plus.
● Certification: MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) and/or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA) is mandatory.
● Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of integration experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex performance, multithreading, and memory management issues in Mule 4.x runtime.
● Custom Extensions: Deep experience writing custom Java components or SDKs embedded within MuleSoft (critical for the UK ULink stream).
● SAP Ecosystem: Extensive hands-on experience utilizing the MuleSoft SAP Connector (IDocs, BAPIs, sRFC/tRFC).
● Strategic Vision: Strong capability in designing enterprise-level deployment topologies (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or On-Premises) and data persistence architecture.
