Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team in the development and implementation of Java applications, MuleSoft integration solutions, and utilizing GitHub for version control. The role involves overseeing technical projects, ensuring code quality, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of java based applications.
2. Design, develop, and maintain mulesoft integration solutions to meet business requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and understand technical requirements.
4. Implement best practices for code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment using github.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to java, mulesoft, and other technologies.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in java, mulesoft, and github.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in java programming for developing scalable and high-performance applications.
2. Handson experience with mulesoft for designing apis, integrations, and data mappings.
3. Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly github, for code management.
4. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (sdlc) methodologies and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
6. Good communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
