Nearshore Regional Lead

Job Summary

The Nearshore Regional Lead oversees regional operations, enabling scalable and sustainable growth through effective governance, resource optimization, and proactive risk management. The role ensures seamless collaboration between country teams and business units, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive programs to enhance profitable revenue and margin across nearshore regions.
2. Lead fulfillment strategy for internal and external hiring, optimizing joiner metrics.
3. Administer operational efficiency initiatives including nearshore overhead control and employee engagement.
4. Collaborate with corporate functions to ensure compliance and capability adoption.
5. Develop and execute nearshore hiring efficiency programs and fulfillment models.
6. Monitor and improve metrics like Joiner per Recruiter, Joiner Margin, and Internal vs External supply.
7. Lead economic utilization and transformation initiatives across nearshore operations.
8. Drive learning & development, diversity, and attrition management.
9. Represent the region in client presentations and union negotiations.
10. Ensure country-level compliance through partnerships with legal and HR teams.
