Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zscaler Engineer to join our IT security team. This role is responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in network security, cloud-based security platforms, and enterprise-scale deployments of Zscaler technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•            Design, deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions across the enterprise.

•            Integrate Zscaler solutions with existing network and security infrastructure (e.g., firewalls, proxies, VPNs, SD-WAN).

•            Work with stakeholders to define secure access policies and implement zero trust network access (ZTNA) models.

•            Monitor and optimize Zscaler platform performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

•            Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure policy alignment and secure user access.

•            Provide tier-3 support and guidance on Zscaler issues and incidents.

•            Create and maintain documentation for Zscaler configurations, architecture, and operational procedures.

•            Stay current with Zscaler product updates, security trends, and emerging technologies.

Skill Requirements

•            5+ years of experience working with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA).

•            Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, routing).

•            Hands-on experience with cloud-based security platforms and SASE architecture.

•            Familiarity with identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta) and integration with Zscaler.

•            Solid experience in enterprise network security and troubleshooting.

•            Strong documentation and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
