6. Mentor technical teams in silicon validation methodologies and Python automation, developing talent pipelines and mitigating delivery risks.
7. Author technical whitepapers, represent the organization in industry forums, and contribute to intellectual property by filing patents on novel validation approaches.
Skill Requirements
2. Expert proficiency in Python, including test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Robot Framework) and scripting for hardware-software integration.
3. Advanced skills in designing scalable validation systems for complex silicon architectures.
4. Solid understanding of industry standards such as IEEE, PCIe, USB, and relevant validation protocols.
5. Experience in driving technical governance, compliance, and process optimization within large-scale environments.
6. Excellent ability to mentor teams in advanced silicon validation practices and Python-based solutions.
