Job Summary

Offshore Account Manager is responsible to provide operational, analytical and client engagement support to the primary Account manager. This role focuses on enabling the Account Manager to focus on strategic relationship management and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

1.Assist the Account Manager in day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts
2.Support preparation of Account plan, governance , proposal and client presentations
3.Track client requests and ensure timely closure
4.Support the account Manager in identifying potential cross sell/upsell opportunities
5.Conduct research on client industry, competitors and market trends to support sales decisions
6.Maintain pipeline information's and tracks to closure
7.Collaborates with client stakeholder and internal teams

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
