Oracle BI Technical Consultant

Job Summary

The Technical Consultant (Oracle BI) plays a crucial role in providing expertise and guidance on Oracle BI solutions to clients. They are responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Oracle BI solutions to meet the specific needs of the organization. The primary objective is to ensure seamless integration and efficient utilization of Oracle BI tools to drive business intelligence and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design oracle bi solutions accordingly.
2. Customize oracle bi applications based on client needs, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
3. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of oracle bi solutions for enhanced efficiency.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve oracle bi system issues.
5. Stay updated on oracle bi best practices and new features to recommend improvements and enhancements.
6. Conduct training sessions for end-users on oracle bi tools and functionalities.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in oracle bi tools such as oracle business intelligence enterprise edition (obiee), oracle analytics cloud (oac), and oracle data visualization (dv).
2. Strong knowledge of data modeling, etl processes, and data warehousing concepts.
3. Experience in oracle bi customization, configuration, and administration.
4. Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Other Requirements

1.Oracle Business Intelligence Certification is preferred.
