Oracle EBS Finance Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

    Minimum 8 years and above with technical knowledge in Oracle EBS R12.2.x and Oracle APEX is mandatory
    Should have strong experience with production support and CEMLI/RICE developments.  Nice to have upgrade/implementation experience.
    Strong technical experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports ,Workflows, Shell Script and XML Reports.
    OAF (Oracle Application Framework ) / ADF is added advantage
    Minimum/basic knowledge on EBS Functional flows ( OTC / PTP  / Finance)
    Excellent communication Skills.
    Should have customer interaction and knowledge on working with cross functional teams.
    Agile ways working is added advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the rice components team in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases of projects.
2. Develop high-quality rice components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery of rice components.
4. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain the integrity and performance of rice components.
5. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in rice development to enhance the team's capabilities and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in rice (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements) components development.
2. Experience in working with tools and technologies related to rice components, such as oracle reports, oracle forms, pl/sql, sap abap, sap pi/po, and workflow.
3. Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within rice components.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in rice development.
5. Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and mentor a team of developers in rice components projects.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in RICE development or related technologies would be advantageous.

Minimum Salary (US):  115000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
